Privacy notice

Shake Digital publishes Scotland SEO Services. This page sets out what personal information the site handles, why it is handled, and what you can ask for.

What information is handled

Scotland SEO Services is a set of static pages. Reading them does not require you to identify yourself and does not create any record with Shake Digital.

If you write to Shake Digital, the message and whatever you choose to put in it are held so that they can be read and answered.

Use of what you send

Information reaches Shake Digital only when you send it, and it is used only for the reason you sent it, which is normally to get an answer. It is never sold and never used to advertise to you.

Disclosure to anyone else

Nothing you send is shared with other companies to use as they wish. Disclosure happens only where Shake Digital is legally obliged to make it, and no further.

Cookies

No cookie is set by this site to recognise or follow you, and no analytics of its own are run. Where a page includes material embedded from another service, for example a map panel, your browser contacts that service directly, and it may store cookies under its own terms. Shake Digital has no access to them.

Logs kept by the host

The provider that hosts Scotland SEO Services keeps standard server logs. These typically record an IP address, the page requested and the time of the request, and they exist for security and reliability. Shake Digital does not read or analyse them.

Your rights

UK data protection law gives you rights over information about you. You can ask for a copy of what is held, have mistakes put right, have the information erased, and object to it being held. Requests are made with Shake Digital directly, and Shake Digital will respond to them. You also have the right to raise the matter with the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how it is handled.

Getting in touch about this

Anything about privacy on this site, including a request about your own information, can be taken up with Shake Digital directly.
